PRESENTATION: IPA PLUG & PLAY SLIDESHOW NIGHT featuring CHIA Aik Beng and 5ive Foot Way on 19th June 2013
5ive Foot Way is happy to announce the launch of Chia Aik Beng's latest photobook, Tonight the Streets are Ours, at the upcoming Invisible Photographer Asia's Plug & Play Slideshow Night on the 19th June.
While most know Little India as a tourist hotspot during the day, Aik Beng's photobook takes you on a mesmerizing, hypnotic journey to a magical, mysterious place after dark. Certainly this is a significant body of work, both for the local photographic community and Singapore's cultural archives.
Look forward to his talk and presentation at the IPA Plug & Play event, along with a chance to pick up a copy of his book. Learn more about Tonight the Streets are Ours here.
5ive Foot Way as a collective will also be presenting on the night, introducing who we are and showcasing our latest work. We are very excited for this opportunity, and look forward to meeting and sharing our love for photography with everyone attending.

EXHIBITION: RANDOM ENCOUNTERS by 5ive Foot Way from September 4 - 18, 2012
I'm proud to officially announce the debut exhibition of the photography collective 5ive Foot Way. As I am part of that collective, 5 of my works will be up on display at The Pigeonhole from the 4th - 18th September.
I've only been at this photography thing for over a year now. While I'm happy with what I've accomplished so far, I'm more excited for the long road ahead. I am especially grateful for the opportunity to be a part of a collective like 5ive Foot Way, teaming up with friends and fellow photographers who have been at this game far longer than I have. Certainly, their works shown at the exhibition are well worth your time too and if you'd like to pick up a print, we are selling what's up on the walls. Do drop by if you can.
